The film stars Ben Ng as a completely “over-the–top” psychopath who has an obvious problem with the colour red…basically turning him into a raving lunatic. His violent sexual tendencies towards the attractive but mentally handicapped (Lily Chung) easily puts this film in the “tasteless and shameless” category."
